Are you insured and pet CPR-certified? +

Yes — Ari is fully insured and pet CPR-certified, with 10+ years of experience in the animal industry.

What areas do you serve? +

We're based in the Heights and serve a 5–15 mile radius, including Montrose, Spring Branch, and other surrounding areas.

How far in advance should I book? +

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred dates, especially during holidays and busy travel seasons. However, if you need care on short notice, reach out—we'll always do our best to accommodate your pet's needs.

What is your cancellation policy? +

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled service are free of charge. Anything after that may be subject to a fee, but let us know your situation and we'll do our best to work with you.

Can you care for cats or other pets, not just dogs? +

Yes — overnight care includes small animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, and reptiles for a small add-on. Drop-in visits and walks are dog-focused.

Do you need a key, or how do you get into my home? +

We'll work out access together — a spare key, a lockbox, or a smart lock code, whatever's easiest and most secure for you.

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services booked through Elevated Pet Services. By booking a service, submitting payment, or signing our Client Waiver & Service Agreement, you agree to the following:

Our Services

Elevated Pet Services provides dog walking, drop-in visits, overnight in-home pet sitting, and grooming in the Houston Heights area and surrounding neighborhoods. Services are scheduled based on availability and confirmed directly with us in advance.

Pet Health & Behavior

You certify that your pet(s) are in good health and agree to disclose any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, aggression, anxiety, or special care needs prior to service.

Veterinary Care Authorization

If you cannot be reached during an illness, injury, or emergency, you authorize Elevated Pet Services and a licensed veterinarian to approve necessary treatment, including pain medication, IV fluids, bloodwork, diagnostic testing, and other medically necessary care. All veterinary expenses remain your responsibility.

Assumption of Risk

Pet care services involve inherent risks, and unforeseen accidents, illnesses, or injuries may occur despite reasonable care.

Limitation of Liability

Elevated Pet Services shall not be held liable for illness, injury, loss, death, or damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, undisclosed behavioral issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Property Access

You authorize Elevated Pet Services to enter your property for scheduled services. Your property must remain secure, safe, and accessible. Services may be refused or discontinued if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Payments & Cancellations

Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at booking. We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, and cash. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Right to Refuse Service

Elevated Pet Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including in situations involving unsafe conditions, aggressive behavior, or incomplete or inaccurate information provided at booking.

Photo & Media Release

We may use photos or videos of your pet(s) for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
